Salah's hat-trick sets new club record
Mohamed Salah became Liverpool's all-time top scorer in the Premier League as the Reds thrashed Manchester United 7-0 at Anfield on Sunday.
The Egyptian forward scored three of Liverpool's goals, taking his tally for the club to 129 in the Premier League. He overtakes Ian Rush, who scored 128 goals for Liverpool in the competition.
Reds score seven
Liverpool were in devastating form against Manchester United, scoring seven goals past David de Gea. Cody Gakpo opened the scoring for the Reds after just four minutes, before Darwin Nunez added a second goal 10 minutes later.
Salah scored his first goal of the game just before half-time, and he added two more goals in the second half. Roberto Firmino and Harvey Elliott also got on the scoresheet for Liverpool.
The win moves Liverpool up to second place in the Premier League table, eight points behind leaders Arsenal. Manchester United remain in sixth place, 14 points behind their rivals.
